Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (VNIT Nagpur) is a premier public technical university located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. It was established in 1960 as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering (VRCE) and was later upgraded to the status of a National Institute of Technology in 2002.
