Tbilisi State Medical University (TSMU) is a public medical university in Tbilisi, Georgia, that was founded in 1918 as a faculty of medicine at Tbilisi State University. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical universities in Georgia and Eastern Europe, with a history of over a century.
