St. Josephs Institute of Management (JIM) is a private business school in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. It is run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and is affiliated to Bharathidasan University. It was established in 2004 and offers the following academic programmes:

- MBA: A two-year full-time programme that covers core and elective courses in four specializations: Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, and HRM. The programme also includes a summer internship and a social awareness programme. The admission process requires a valid score in CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / ATMA / NMAT by GMAC or Krea Undergraduate Entrance Test, followed by application screening, writing ability test, and personal interview. The tuition fee for the MBA programme is INR 3,00,000.
- PhD: A doctoral programme in management, with a focus on interdisciplinary research and collaboration. The programme consists of coursework, comprehensive exams, and dissertation. The admission process requires a master's degree in a relevant discipline, a valid score in CAT / GMAT / GRE / GATE / UGC-NET, and a research proposal, followed by an interview. The PhD scholars receive a monthly stipend of INR 25,000 and a contingency grant of INR 20,000 per year.
