Rajagiri Business School

Rajagiri Business School is a leading business school in Kochi, Kerala, that offers various postgraduate diploma programs in management. The school is part of Rajagiri Group of Institutions and functions as an autonomous institution. The school is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and ranked #74 in NIRF Ranking 2022 among top B-schools of India⁴.

The school was established in 2008 and has a campus located in the Rajagiri Valley in Kakkanad, close to the IT hub of Kochi, Infopark and to the integrated business township, SmartCity Kochi. The school offers two main programs: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). The PGDM is a two-year full-time program spread over six trimesters and a summer internship. The program is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized as equivalent to MBA Degree of an India University by Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The program covers various specializations such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, International Business, etc. The program also provides exposure to global best practices through international projects, exchange programs, industry visits, etc².

The FPM is a doctoral-level program with the objective to transform the candidates into high-quality academicians, researchers, and management thinkers by providing an opportunity for interdisciplinary education and research in management. The candidates who complete the program successfully are conferred the designation of “Fellow, Rajagiri Business School, Kochi”. The FPM covers various areas of research such as Entrepreneurship Development, Social Entrepreneurship Development, Rural Development Management, etc. The FPM also requires candidates to undertake a dissertation project under the guidance of a faculty mentor².

The school also offers various short-term courses such as Certificate Course in Business Analytics & Data Science (BCDS), Certificate Course in Digital Marketing (CDM), Certificate Course in Project Management (CPM), etc. These courses are designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of working professionals and entrepreneurs².

The admission process for PGDM is based on merit performance in any one of the following entrance exams: Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs; Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by NTA; Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA; Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT); Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) conducted by XLRI; or any other national level entrance exam accepted by RBS³.
