NDIM is a state not-for-profit business school established in 1992 in Tughlakabad, New Delhi³. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA)¹. It has also been granted equivalence to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)¹. NDIM aims to provide high-quality management education and research, and to develop competent and ethical leaders for the dynamic and diverse business environment.

NDIM offers four courses across four streams: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), PGDM in Marketing, PGDM in Finance, and PGDM in Digital Marketing and Business Analytics². All the courses are full-time, residential, and have a duration of two years. The courses cover core and elective subjects, a summer internship, and a capstone project. The courses also provide opportunities for international immersion through global live projects, internships, study abroad tours, and interaction with foreign faculty, students, and ambassadors¹. The courses are designed to equip the students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude required to excel in various sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, Consulting, E-commerce, etc.

NDIM has a state-of-the-art campus spread over 10 acres of land with modern facilities and infrastructure³. The campus has academic blocks, administrative blocks, library, computer centre, auditorium, hostel, mess, sports complex, gymnasium, health centre, etc². The campus also has a scenic view of the Tughlakabad Fort and the Asola Wildlife Sanctuary³. NDIM also has a Wi-Fi enabled campus with high-speed internet connectivity and software applications for data analysis, simulation, modelling, and decision support².

NDIM has a qualified and experienced faculty team comprising of 70 full-time faculty members². The faculty members have expertise in various domains of management such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, strategy, economics, etc. The faculty members are also involved in research, consultancy, training, and development activities for various national and international organizations. NDIM also invites distinguished guest speakers from academia and industry to share their insights and experiences with the students¹.

NDIM has a vibrant student community with diverse backgrounds and interests. The students participate in various academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities such as clubs, committees, events, competitions, festivals, sports, etc². The students also organize and manage various events such as EdCon (an annual education conference), Colloquium (a guest lecture series), Sirmaur Super Series (a sports tournament), etc¹. The students also engage in social initiatives such as Prayaas (a community service club), Unnati (a skill development program), etc².

NDIM has an active placement cell that facilitates the placement process for the students. The placement cell organizes various activities such as pre-placement talks, mock interviews, resume building workshops, etc. to prepare the students for the recruitment process. NDIM has witnessed impressive placements over the years with reputed recruiters from various sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, Consulting, E-commerce etc. Some of the prominent recruiters include Airtel, Berger Paints BrowserStack DE Shaw ICICI Bank Kotak Mahindra Bank Tolaram Group Virtusa etc¹. In 2023 NDIM achieved 100% placements with 913 job offers made by over 250 recruiters¹. The highest package offered was INR 19.95 LPA while the average package was INR 6.5 LPA¹.

NDIM has been ranked among the top management institutes in India by various ranking agencies. In 2023 NDIM was ranked 76th by NIRF among the management institutes⁴. NDIM was also ranked 15th among the private B-schools in India by Business Today⁵.
