M.G.M. Medical College, Jamshedpur is a government medical college and hospital in Jharkhand, India. It was established in 1961 by the Government of Bihar and later taken over by the Government of Jharkhand in 2000¹. The college is affiliated to Kolhan University, Chaibasa and recognised by the National Medical Commission². The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses in various medical specialties, such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, forensic medicine, community medicine, general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, psychiatry, radiology, anaesthesiology and pulmonary medicine³.
