K. C. College of Engineering And Management Studies And Research (KCCOE) is a private engineering and management college located in Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra. It was established in 2001 by the Excelssior Education Society, which is a part of the Lokmat Group of Industries, a leading media house in the state. KCCOE is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to the University of Mumbai. It is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a 'B++' grade.

KCCOE offers undergraduate courses in three disciplines of engineering: electronics and telecommunication engineering, computer engineering, and information technology. The admission to these courses is based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. KCCOE has a well-qualified and experienced faculty who are experts in their respective fields and use innovative teaching methods and tools. KCCOE also has state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities such as spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, digital library, computer center, auditorium, sports complex, hostel, cafeteria, etc.

KCCOE has a strong industry-institute interaction and provides students with various opportunities for learning and development. KCCOE has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University of Nottingham, Malaysia for academic collaboration and student exchange programs. KCCOE also organizes various events and activities such as workshops, seminars, guest lectures, industrial visits, internships, projects, competitions, cultural and sports festivals, etc. KCCOE also has an active placement cell that helps students in getting placed in reputed companies such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, IBM, TATA Consultancy Services, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.

KCCOE is ranked among the top engineering colleges in India by various surveys and magazines. According to Outlook 2019, KCCOE is ranked 100th in Top Engineering College and 61st in Top 140 Engineering Institutions. KCCOE has also received several awards and recognitions such as Education Leadership Award, Outstanding Education Institute (West) Award, etc.
