Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur) is a public technical and research university located in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. Established in 1951, it is the first of the IITs to be established in the country and is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India.
