IIM Sirmaur is one of the 20 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) established by the Government of India in 2015. It is an autonomous public business school located in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. It is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Ministry of Education1. IIM Sirmaur aims to provide high-quality management education and research, and to develop competent and ethical leaders for the dynamic and diverse business environment.

IIM Sirmaur offers various academic programs such as MBA, MBA in Tourism, Executive MBA, Executive MBA in Digital Transformation & Analytics, and Ph.D. in different areas of management. The MBA program is a two-year full-time residential program that covers core and elective courses, a summer internship, and a capstone project. The MBA in Tourism program is also a two-year full-time residential program that focuses on the tourism and hospitality sector, and includes courses, field visits, internships, and a dissertation. The Executive MBA program is a 15-month blended learning program that caters to the working professionals who want to enhance their managerial skills and career prospects. The Executive MBA in Digital Transformation & Analytics program is a 12-month online program that equips the participants with the knowledge and skills to leverage digital technologies and data analytics for business transformation. The Ph.D. program is a rigorous research-based program that trains the scholars to conduct original and impactful research in their chosen area of specialization.

IIM Sirmaur has a state-of-the-art campus spread over 210 acres of land at Dhaula Kuan near Paonta Sahib2. The campus has world-class facilities and infrastructure such as academic blocks, administrative blocks, library, computer centre, auditorium, hostel, mess, sports complex, gymnasium, health centre, etc. The campus also has a scenic view of the Himalayan ranges and the Yamuna river. IIM Sirmaur also has a temporary campus at Rampur Ghat Road in Paonta Sahib2, where some of the academic activities are conducted.

IIM Sirmaur has a qualified and experienced faculty team comprising of 37 full-time faculty members2. The faculty members have expertise in various domains of management such as marketing, finance, operations, human resources, strategy, economics, etc. The faculty members are also involved in research, consultancy, training, and development activities for various national and international organizations. IIM Sirmaur also invites distinguished guest speakers from academia and industry to share their insights and experiences with the students.

IIM Sirmaur has a vibrant student community with diverse backgrounds and interests. The students participate in various academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities such as clubs, committees, events, competitions, festivals, sports, etc. The students also organize and manage various events such as EdCon (an annual education conference), Colloquium (a guest lecture series), Sirmaur Super Series (a sports tournament), etc2. The students also engage in social initiatives such as Prayaas (a community service club), Unnati (a skill development program), etc.
