ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research (IIMSAR) is a private medical college and hospital located in Haldia, West Bengal. It was established in 2011 by the Rahul Foundation, a charitable organization that aims to provide quality and affordable education and health care to the masses. IIMSAR offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) courses and has an annual intake capacity of 150 students. The college is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and recognized by the National Medical Commission¹².
