Dr.Kiran C. Patel Medical College and Research Institute

Dr. Kiran C. Patel Medical College and Research Institute is a new medical college that was established in 2020 by the Rudraksh Academy Private Limited, Vadodara, in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat. It is one of the first public-private partnership (PPP) models in the field of medical education in India. The college is affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India.

The college offers a five-and-a-half-year MBBS course, which includes one year of compulsory internship. The annual intake of the college is 200 students, who are selected through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The college follows the curriculum prescribed by the NMC and the university. The college has state-of-the-art infrastructure, including laboratories, lecture halls, library, auditorium, skill lab, and simulation center.The college also has a 300-bedded multi-specialty teaching hospital, where the students get practical training and exposure to various departments.
