Babasheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University

Babasheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) is a central university in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, named after the social reformer and the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The university was established in 1996 with the objective of promoting advanced knowledge and research in science, technology and other allied disciplines¹.

BBAU offers a variety of courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels, such as B.Tech, B.Sc, BA, B.Com, B.Li.Sc, B.Ed, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, MA, M.Sc, M.Li.I.Sc, LL.M, M.Phil and Ph.D. It also offers integrated, diploma and PG diploma courses in various fields.
