Santosh Dental College and Hospital, a part of Santosh University, is a renowned institution located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh¹[4]. It was established in 1995 and has since risen to prominence as a premier institution for medical education.

The college started the BDS program with an intake of 40 students from the academic session 1995-96. The Central Government granted permission to increase the student capacity from 40 to 100 in the batch of 2004–2005. Currently, the college has a sanctioned intake of 100 seats for the BDS program & 27 seats for the MDS program every year, as approved by the Dental Council of India.

The curriculum at Santosh Dental College is designed to give students a complete understanding of the biological and physical processes of oral health care.They learn the skills associated with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases related to the oral cavity. The college is committed to serving society by improving the Dental and Oral Health of individuals.

The associated Dental Hospital provides special Dental care in various specialties.The college is proud to be the only Dental College in India with a UNESCO Bioethics Chair, exemplifying its commitment to ethical dental education and research leadership.

The college boasts of state-of-the-art facilities, including upgraded skill labs equipped with cutting-edge Digital Portable X-rays, an in-house Aligner System, a Sedation Unit, and advanced Scanners. It has also contributed over 330 papers to esteemed National and International Indexed journals.

The college recognizes and rewards its students' outstanding achievements and academic excellence. The top 3 BDS students were awarded an educational tour to Cologne, Germany and the top 3 performers have been awarded a fully paid trip to AEEDC Dubai.
